Holly Meider learned how to perform under pressure long before she ever wrote her first policy. As a competitive pitcher who threw no-hitters in her playing days, she developed the focus, composure, and drive that still define how she works today. That competitive fire didn’t fade when she left the mound — she brought it with her into every chapter since, including this one.

Before stepping into insurance full-time, Holly spent years in the service industry, eventually becoming an agency owner herself. Managing a team, serving customers day in and day out, and navigating the real operational headaches of running a business gave her something most agents simply don’t have: firsthand knowledge of what business owners, working families, and everyday people actually need when life throws a curveball.

That understanding shows up in how she works with clients now. Holly takes the time to learn each person’s real situation — their family, their risks, their goals — before ever talking coverage. No cookie-cutter policies, no confusing jargon, just honest guidance from someone who’s actually lived the pressures her clients are facing. Outside of work, she’s a devoted wife and mother of two high schoolers, and a fixture in her local youth sports community, where she’s helped organize football programs and athletic events that bring hundreds of families together every season.

Holly believes that if you take care of people first, everything else takes care of itself — not as a sales philosophy, but as how she was raised.
